Depends on if the height is partially due to compressed discs in the spine. If so, you can restore them with proper diet or medications and technically that would give you more height....although we are talking maybe an inch. I believe I've read an article where it states that you are even an inch taller when you wake up than when yo go to bed due to the compression of your spine from gravity, so theoretically if you were to move onto a space station you would get "taller" (although "tall" no longer have meaning without gravity so I guess you'd be longer).
Barring all that, there are African tribes that use metallic spacers around the neck to stretch the neck out and that can gain around 3 inches or more.....if you want to look like a freak with a giraffe neck. ;)

After 20 there is a slight chance of height being increased but it's not very likely.
You could try growth hormones but those lose their effectiveness once the person gets older than about 14/15.

No, the only parts of the leg bones that grow are at either end of the femur and tibia called the epipysis. They are cartilage like "bands" above and below the joints. Before puberty bone growth (extention) occurs here. Some time after the end of puberty they fuse and become like the rest of the bone so growth stops. It is possible to have your leg long bones broken and an adjustable external splint applied to constantly move the fractured ends apart allowing bone to fill in the gap. however this would not be done for cosmetic reasons

Whats the peak of your father and mother and grandparents. Folks say you'll be around the equal top as your dad and mom but my mom's 5' and my day 5'four and i'm 5'10 so i definitely should not have my parents genes for top. I am 19 and in addition wanna develop taller. Technically you're not accomplished growing even though fundamental growth spurts arise throughout puberty. On the end of the day you can just need to wait and see.

Yes because I saw on tv where they made a 5`2 man 5`6. They did this by surgicly implanting steel bars in your leg bones and cranking the 1/2 cm. a day.

I was taught, at school (many years ago) that you do't stop growing until you are 21 years old. Your nose and ears continue to grow though!!!
