No, its a bad idea. Not only will you keep your real weight (as opposed to water weight) your skin is likely to break out into a nasty rash which will make it tougher to EXERCISE, the real way to lose weight along with a sensible diet.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

No you won't. Wear the garbage during the day. Drink alot of water. Don't eat pass 7:00 at night.

Yeah...try that one and also wrap pillows around your feet and put a cereal box on your head...do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around....geez come on.
Look if your trying to sweat just get a sauna suit and go to your local gym and sit in the sauna for a half hour to an hour if you can manage that and STAY HYDRATED..... this will help to burn fat .....if you do that everyday for a week you might loose a few pounds or more.....professional jockeys do this to keep off the weight!!!!! You could also try some appetite suppressants if you r over 18 to help ease hunger pains, or fat burners to help your body burn more fat.

u mean could i suffocate myself this way where did u get that from suffocation is the only thing that would come outta that just exercise n eat better if ya wanna loose weight

no, you will die of heat exhaustion, your skin needs to breath. When you put your hand inside of a plastic bag and cut off the air circulation your hand starts getting clammy and wet, thats because the sweat that is normally coming out of the skin to cool your body can't evaporate, so your body can't cool and can cause serious illness or death.

Yeah, you'll sweat a lot but as soon as you drink water the weight will come back.

not it's not and that's just a myth. you don't lose the fat only water. which will come back anyway when your drink anything. exercise and eat healthy is the only way
