Beaufort can also be quite hot in the summertime. Nonetheless, do try the boiled peanuts, the frogmore stew, and the cracklins!!
Nummy! And don't forget a shrimp burger at the Shrimp Shack.

And the best part of being in Beaufort...you're not that far from Savannah, GA...River Street is the place to be!
Have fun!!! But first, clean the rooms...it's a cheap price to get a fun trip.

Just do it - the quicker you start the quicker you will finish. (Unless you're 3 years old and can't.) You'll be able to enjoy the trip more knowing that it's done and it will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
Don't you think it's a little sad that your Mom has to resort to this to get you to contribute and help around the house. You'll be amazed at how much respect you'll earn if you do it on your own next time. Trust me - give a little and you'll get a lot.
