set up a nice candlelight dinner for her with roses around and nice mellow music playing. during dinner just look into her eyes and tell her what u feel and how u like the fact that she's around....surprise her with flowers sent to her job with a love letter on it (or the invitation for the dinner) a nice stroll on the beach is nice too. Just as long as it comes from the heart.

Do something different ... get tickets to her fav. band, concert, sport team .. etc..
Take her out to her fav. restaurant, bring flowers ( women love flowers - and guys these days just don't get it ) bring her fav. desert in the car so after dinner you can go out to her fav. "hot spot" somewhere you can have an intimate talk and break out the desert - make a little basket full of stuff - drinks, sweets & maybe some music or if it was me some sex games or something .. haha ..
My man always impresses me with the usual - Opens doors for me, lets me go first at most everything, holds my hand or puts his arm around me in public, little kisses for no reason - but not on the lips .. it makes it even worse .. she'll love it !
And don't forget LOTS and LOTS of compliments .. boost her confidence and she'll be happy to be around you and love you for making her feel so good about herself.

Take her to a park (or beach) at night (blindfolded) and bring a blanket. Lay the blanket down and just lay under the stars. If on a level surface, you could also bring candles...
