Well if you really like him then you just tell him. Just say that I would like to take this friendship to the next level like a date and see where it goes. Don't have sex right away just take it slow and let it blossom. I have been married to my friend for 9 years and tat is how we started..

You have to just tell him, then .....
1) he will be excited cause he felt the same, or at least will be interested in you more and in a different way
2) he will listen, and might not feel the same, but if he is a real friend then you two will be fine, if he doesn't want to hang out with you anymore, then he really wasn't much of a friend.
.......just tell him, he'd rather know, then find out years later he had a chance to be with you. Guys and Girls really can't be friends unless one is gay anyways. He probally likes you. u just don't know

Wohooo!!! I like my experience....Look,If he's what I call "a soft one"[and he really HAS TO BE ONE],It may sound risky but.....you only have to kiss him.BY a kiss,the soft one's ALWAYS fall in love in a matter time,thinking they'll realize there will be no one who will do that again.So what option he has If it's not to be with you?.
IF he's a really hard one you'll have to pass a little more time showing him who you really are and will be.Everything is a matter of time.Then when you feel ready tell him you like him[DON'T KISS HIM,LET HIM KISS YOU IF HE DESIRES].Take everything slowly,step by step you'll get along with too much...

dont - if he likes you, he'll tell you. otherwise, you'll just make the friendship uncomfortable by telling him. besides, if he doesn't feel the same way, you shouldn't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you - there's nothing good that will come of telling him

if he is arround you much,probably he likes u as friend but not only that..he would like to flirt you also but he doesnt know how.grab him and kiss him in mouth!
