Well a lot of things cause stress, and mental stress can be the worst. It can have bad affects of your body and and over all temperament as well as your mental state. I went through a bit of depression from mental stress my self. A good way is to tell your self that you understand that you are going through stress, but that you are going to do the best you can to beat it. This sounds silly but it will give you a slight peace of mind on the issues so as to move forwards. I found that forcing on one task at a time helps take your minds off it. Also writing what your feeling down, even a good cry with it help. It will feel like a bit of the load, the weight has been lifted. Make sure to throw it away as to not relive the writing. Try not to be alone, even if you don't feeling like being around other people do it any way it will force you to interact and not think about your situation.

* find a place where you can be completely alone with no distractions around you.
*or take a walk along the beach or in a park
*and do what I do and sit in a quiet room, on the floor, cross your legs, and put your hands together like you're praying, then take a deep breath and slowly pull your hands apart, then when you exhale bring your hands together, and keep doing this until you get all your bad energy and mental stress out and into that energy ball in your hands, it may be really big, mine can get huge, but you need to try and compress it together, and you'll feel the magnitism in your hands if it's strong. and when you have done this for a few minutes, on your last breath in and out, turn your hands up as if you're begging and release that stress ball, and you'll feel so much lighter. It's the best technique I LOVE IT! Let me know if it works for you.

dun dwell on ur probs too much.
have a gd nite's sleep,it always help.
stay with gd-tempered ppl and learn fro them.
dun be a worry wart ,take things easy.
dun be hard on urself.
give urself a hug now and indulge in sinful activities!

excersise,walking, running, swimming, just clear your head,. writinghow you feel, what you want to do and by when. make a priortity list. talk about your stress. find ways to resolve it
