Do you know the reason for the staining? Is it something fairly new, like from coffee or tea? If that is the case then I would recommend a stronger whitening agent. Rembrandt whitening toothpaste works really well, or try any of the whitening strips.
If the stains have been a life long problem though none of these may work. It could have been caused from antibiotics that either your mother took while you were in utero, or that you took as an infant while your teeth were still forming. A side effect of certain antibiotics is to cause the enamel of the teeth to stain a yellowish color and only a dentist can do anything for that. If after trying the whitening products at home for a while you don't see any improvement, bring it up to your dentist at your next appointment. He may be able to offer some more suggestions. (other than surgery)

Some food will stain over time, blueberries, tea, coffee. Have you tried the whitening strips? I was a smoker and found a brand that was reasonable priced ($14.95 for two week supply) at HEB Stores. It worked pretty well and you redo the process every 6 months. Drastic measures could be to go to the dentist and have them do a procedure to whiten you teeth. But remember, that whatever stained your teeth to begin with, will stain them again.

Coffee, Sodas, and tea can color your teeth as well. However sometimes it's something beyond your control. In my case, it was some medication my mom was on before I was born.

What do I do? I brush with Crest Whitening, when I am in the car I chew Trident White. And on occasion I use Crest WhiteStrips. My teeth have definately lightened, however it took months for my teeth to lighten with just toothpaste and gum. (I am not good about remembering to use the WhiteStrips.)

Well, here is a question. Do you drink coffee? Try something like a at home whitening kit, like Crest. If you do not have the time to do that then you can try over-night white strips. I know for a fact that these are very popular and that they work. You can buy them at any CVS or local drugstore or even a grocery store.

Coffee and teas , along with soda can turn your teeth a yellowish color, have them bleached by the dentist, it may cost you arond $150.00 but, you'll have a very nice smile when finished. Also creat whitening strips are not good 4 you, its a proven fact this causes gum disease( a new study), but something like the tooth pastes that HELPS whitening your teeth are very good,

If you drink a lot of coffee that will do it. I used to use Crest Whitening Strips, which can be bought at a store like Kroger, Rite Aid, K-Mart, ect. They really do work.

go to your dentist and have them cleaned, or bleached, they surely offer some sort of whitening package. Or i suppose you could try the whitening strips that you wear overnight.

Well don't buy any products unless you have some1 else advice. I was watchin 2020 the other night & I can't remember what the products was, but you put this stuff on your teeth & it made alot of people's gums infected & raw & omg it was soooo nasty! So good luck!

sometimes the color of your teeth is determined by what your mother ate or the medication she took when pregnant, and no ammount of cleaning or bleaching toothpastes will do anything
