no, but there is inthe prices....HAWAII's cost more, as does everything else there

I'm not sure about size although I had bigger burgers in Miami than I have had in the UK, probably the choice and quality is better as well as cheaper in the US.

I don't know. I've been waiting on my burger forever. As soon as I get it, I'll let you know. I don't eat at McDonalds any more because they are owned and operated and worked by those third generation imbred crackheads somebody was asking about.

not that I saw...been to UK McDonalds and they look the same as US McDonalds
