It depends. What hole are you talking about? How old is victim....I mean virgin?
1- This would be a 80 year old virgin in an acoma. She wouldnt feel anything.
5- This would probably be a 16 year old with a Black man hung like a horse and it would have to be forcefull.
10- This would be anyone having a large object, say a baseball bat shoved into there anus.
20- Sex with a Horse.

Ask your Mom. That's what your Dad would say. It didn't hurt me at all. But my girlfriend at the time seemed to be in pain. If you have to find out make sure you use protection. Once again use a condom. And also don't forget to use a condom whenever you have sex. And if you decide to have unprotected sex use a condom then too.

Not very much, 1 or 2, rarely more. If the hymen is intact, you may feel a bit of pain. Many don't have an intact hymen, for various reasons, like athletics.
