I cook recipes for my 6 mth son, I freeze them and reheat as req, should i be defrosting them before heating?

yes, but you have to make certain that it is cooked thoroughly. You can only reheat once after being frozen. then it should be thrown out

Yes. Once. I am assuming that you cooked the meat before and froze as soon as it was cool enough to put in the freezer. I am also assuming the meat was fresh or cooked from frozen in the first place.

sure but thaw the frozen meat first, otherwise you get over cooked meat on the outsided and still cold in the inside - uneven distribution of heat.

to eat frozen meat you must reheat it. but do not freeze again to eat later, you must eat all at once, so defrost the right portion(s) aqs needed.

Yes, but only reheat it once and dont re-freeze it again other wise you could give yourselve food poisoning.

What you shouldn't do is putting it back to freeze, cause de next time you take it out and heat it, all the microbes that were fronzen (not dead) would start reproducing really fast and it wouldn't be safe for you to eat that food.

YES YOU SHOULD PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE OR LEAVE IT THAWING FOR A WHILE BEFORE YOU COOK IT OR HEAT IT
