I have this girl who promised to send me pictures through mail and was not planning on doing it the whole time she said she would send them. She kept promising me she would send me pictures through mail and they never came like she said. I asked many times for the truth and she said she didn't send me them because she was afraid I may not like what I see. I am the kind of person who calls it like I see it. My thing is, she should have told me the very first time I asked for the pictures that she was not going to send them because she was scared I won't like them. I never flat out called her liar by saying "you're a liar". She feels upset and hurt that I called her a liar, so she says. I told her she hurt her own credibilty by not telling me the truth from the very start. I am a call it like I see it kind of person. If someone tells something other than the truth, what is it then? I am trying to get through her head that she is the one who didn't tell the truth from the start.

She is wrong for not sending the pictures, however, you could tell her that what she looks like does not make a difference. If you are really interested in her and wanted to know her then that would be a fact , even for a tell it like it is person. Trust goes a long way and is a two way street.

Yes, you should be mad at her for lying to you about something so small. I have 3 questions for you. First, did you give her the impression that you wouldn't like what she looked like? Second, did she lie to you about what she looked like and if she sent you the pictures you would find out what she really looked like? Third, if she lied about that what else would/did she lie about?
Those are the things that I would worry about. Honesty and trust is, in my opinion, the biggest things in a relationship. Explain to her what you feel and don't put it in a way that sounds like you are accusing her of anything. Say it like you are hurt that she didn't follow through with her plan. Not that she lied.
