HELL YEAH!!!! Although, be careful how far you go, cos some guys can see going too far as being a little bit clingy. Not all guys do, but there is nothing wrong with telling the guy you love him. Why should there be?

Oh, god yes!!! What else do you have in this world besides love. Either love for a parent, child, or person in a relationship with us. Everything else can be taken away from us, and yes I know that can too, but somewhere out there, someone loves us. Even if its ourselves.

if a lady knows the guy well enough then you shouldnt need to ask this qu if you are unsure then leave it a while and see what happens
perhaps ask him how he feels first
