Totally depends on the two of you. My parents were the same age as you and your friend when they married, had my father not passed away shortly before their 25th wedding anniversary, they'd probably be happily growing old together.

If you are both mature enough to make it work. There have been many successful relationships between people with age gaps over all of eternity.

My boyfriend and I are 20 years apart and we never notice, but other people do. It's fun to see the reactions of others..

Offcourse it can last as long as Sun and Moon are there. Age difference has nothing to do with the life of Love. What matters is amount of love and how you give priority to other things in life...like carrer, studies etc.

It really depends on where your mine is. If you are he have a gold in life sometimes that can pull you apart. Specially if he's going the opposite direction.It takes a lot of love, strong love for each other to stay together. You are both very young.
