That looks really good. Here is one from me:
Chicken Salad
3 split chicken breasts, cooked and de-boned
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)
1/3 cup milk
2 cups of halved seedless grapes (red or green, or both)
1 cup chopped walnuts

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Mix together mayo, lemon juice, milk, and veggies.
Toss with chicken and refrigerate.
Before serving, fold in grapes and walnuts.
