Well, are you talking about the sugar that crosses your lips or the sugar your body turns all food into (glucose)?

If you mean the sugar you eat, it's pretty simple. Avoid foods made w/ sugar, honey, fructose, dextrose, maltose, etc. You'll feel better in under 3 days.

Don't go on a no-sugar diet. It's unhealthy. I think you are talking about one of the low-carbohydrate diets. Those diets neglect to consider that the body uses carbohydrates for energy. Thus, if you go on those diets, you will lose energy as well as weight. Also, you will gain back all the weight quickly. Specifically, your body converts all carbohydrates (including sucrose - regular sugar) into glucose, which is a type of sugar, so that the body can use it in its chemical processes. I guess you can get the glucose from other complex carbohydrates, like bread, but you shouldn't just cut out sugar.

Don't trust those fad diets. They are almost all unhealthy, and you will probably gain back the weight quickly. Try exercising a little every day (walk 30 minutes purely for exercise every other day, do a little weight training for 30 minutes on another day). Also, eat a healthy diet that you have been taught to eat since childhood (like enough vegetables, not too much fat, wheat products, a bit of meat - especially fish, etc.).

Thats good to go on a no sugar diet. Our bodies really do not need sugar as carbohydrates are broken down into glucose. But if you reall want to stay of the sugar you can alternate to honey. One teaspon of honey acts like five of sugar.

Don't go on a no sugar diet, it's not good for you. Your body DOES need carbohydrates, just don't overdo it.

If you want to eat a healthier diet, try cutting down on things like candy and fast food, and eat more of the stuff you know is healthy, like vegetables, beans, etc.

Just try your best to cut down on the supersugary things and you'll be fine.

Moderation!

Rather than cutting out sugar, you should cut out REFINED sugar. Thats the bad stuff. Organic and natural sugars are better for you. There is also an organic sweetner made from agave cactus, if you feel you should not consume sugar.
