Does anyone know of any vitamins/ pills that I can take to helps hair growth? Medicine that I can buy at a drugstore or beauty supply store.

let me tell u the best BEST stuff for your hair is good old "one a day" u can buy that just about anywhere its a pill with all the vitamins you need, and it helps skin and also hair when i took it my hair grew a inch a month

Beauty start from the inside. I use to work in a salon, eating healthy food is a must, think about it not everybody eat healthy, but eating the five recommended allowance will assist you greatly.
Having your split ends trimmed not alot though, should be great as well.
using a good shampoo and conditioner fro your hair would be great as well, try to minimise hot iron and tongs because of the heat, and the effect it will have on your hair.
If your hair is alreadly coloured used a colour shampoo and conditioner, also try not to put too much gel on your hair as well, alot of people i know use putty, it looks like gel but it isn't.
and also do some well if you can few exercises and also drink alot of water.
Vitamin e, works wonders for your hair and so does coconut oil

I don't know about you, but prenatal vitamins always helped me,and another way is to stimulate the growth by not wearing a hat, bandanna, etc. Also the more you brush your hair and SCALP it stimulates the nervous system and circulation to the head area, which the body thrives on. An easier and very reliable source of information, is to ask a pharmacist. They are full of knowledge and information.

Go to a beauty supply store or a GNC store, they will show you pills that help your hair to be stronger and thicker which in return will help it grow faster. Just ask someone at a beauty supply store they will be able to help you.

I use Biotol it is for hair and nails. I'm sure you can find it at a health food store, if you can't find it at a beauty supply store.
