Not at all. They are now more important than every since they should be written in our hearts and minds. The ten commandments remain today and is still the definition of sin 1 John 3. The fourth is still valid today too. Revelation 14 says blessed are those who keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus Christ. Also, the tree of life is only promised to those who keep the commandments of God, Revelation 22:14.

No, but we could shorten them a little. Several say exactly the same thing. Why not three commandments. Do not kill, Do not Steal and Do not Lie. That pretty much covers all the rest of the commandments that Christians honor.

I'm not a christian, I don't even believe in God, but I think that the 9 out of the 10 commandments make a lot of sense, Just basic morality, everyone should follow them.

yep, especially the one about graven images. People use sculptures everywhere. They're even in churches. I don't really understand. If it's a commandment, you really shouldn't do it. It was commanded by god not to sculpt things to resemble anything. But I have definitely seen sculptures of doves, and Jesus, and Mary, and crosses, and all kinds of stuff.
Apparently, that one in particular is a suggestion.

Christians claim Jesus died for all sin, so the Ten Commandments aren't even suggestions to Christians, they are ignored other than as something to use to justify pointing fingers at others.
