Most swimming trunks have liners in them so that underwear is not necessary underneath. If you are wearing boxer swimwear and you are well endowed and fear being seen through the leg...then by all means wear briefs underneath just to give yourself peace of mind. Otherwise...no, it is not necessary unless they are not pre-lined.

Some people do if they are scared of them falling down . But i personaly think itis stupid to wear boxers under your trunks. No i dont think u should

well if you wear board shorts , then you are supposed towear briefs or boxers under but if you where a bathing suit with netting, then no you dont newed anything under. And nothing under a speedo.
