Some persons are socially touchy feely...the type that hug when greeting or parting...the type that hold hands when partners...the type that lean on you when they want you to know they want a connection with you...she felt comfortable enough to express herself in this way to you...greet her back..and soon give her a hug and let her know how you feel when she is around you...good luck.
