Dumb man can't speak, blind wife can't see who she is in bed with, and the deaf man can see the dumb husband and will probably run for it. Blind wife knows when the deaf 'mister' runs out that her dumb husband is probably home. He will tell her by slapping her across the face. Blind wife should know its not her hubby, if that's an incentuation in the riddle, it simply is not so, I'm sure the man's body feels different and such and he might groan a little in the sack by pure instinct. So if the hubby just slaps the wife, she knows she's been told off.

The dumb man will spell it out in the blind wife's hand and the deaf man should have seen him come in.

Two-timing woman - she knew all along cos she isnt deaf, she can hear the little noise from the deaf man, which would be odd since dumb husband never make any noise.

Gee for all you know she is never blind, she just played along all the while.

Helen Keller was blind and dumb. If they both know sign language it can be done on the hands and communication can take place by feeling the hands of the other person. He could also convey the message on paper to another person who could then tell her.
