I get realy angery sometimes, because i have high aggression and high stress levels..... any ideas on how to supress these feelings of just feel better over all?

You shouldn't suppress anger, you should learn to deal with it. Why not try some anger management classes.

I've been dealing with the same issues It's really hard I just tell myself ( is it really a big deal or I go in the other room and try to mellow out before I say something I shouldn't ) good luck I've been doing pretty good with it my wife even notices good luck

When you get angry just take a deep breath and if that doesnt work count to ten. Maybe go to a quiet place, or something, and if that all fails see a doctor, not that you have a problem or anything just maybe the doctor could help you.

Try talking to your dr to ensure there are no under laying issues such as hormones or other medical conditions and book in for counselling Good Luck

Write poetry or stories. Punch a wall. I like screaming into pillows. Ultimately the best solution is going to counseling...

First of all, you are in charge of your life, remove all unneeded stress in your life. If you DONT want somethign around or there, get rid of it. Take CHARGE of yourself and make yourself happy. You dont want to SUPRESS these feelings, you want to rid yourself of them..... Easier said than done? Not really. You can DO IT !!!!!

This problem can be solved easily by talking to your family doctor. Some people have a chemical imbalance, this may all it may be.

you have to find an outlet for your stress and anger. take up boxing or exercise regularly.

Study, study, study, read, read, read, for as you increase your IQ, you'll notice your anger issues, as you call them, rapidly dissipate:)
