3 ingredients.... fat free chicken breasts, 1 can of Campbells condensed lowfat mushroom soup and rice. Cook the rice accordingly while the chicken bakes. Place the breasts on a pam-sprayed baking pan (loaf pans work nicely) and cover with the can of muchroom soup.... this may freak you out a little becuase hte soup is a little think before it cooks. do not add water. Make sure the chicken is covered and bake for 30 minutes. remove from the oven and serve chicken breast and sauce over rice. this is competely painless and kid friendly!

OMG... I have loads... Well practised at living on a shoestring you see!!!

If you like pasta, just cook some pasta and in another saucepan cook some onions, peppers, garlic and either tinned chopped tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes. Once all heated and pasta cooked, pile tomatoes etc on top of pasta and grate cheese on the top.... Its lush!!! And you are getting some veg in!!! Takes about 15 mins... You can also put some bacon on top of the tomatoes and grate cheese over that if you like!!!

Or brown some cubed or sliced chicken in a frying pan, add peppers, onions, garlic and whatever else you want... Add a little bit of pasta sauce to mix it all together and serve on white rice...

Lastly (cause its nearly home time!!!) my personal favourite, two slices of ham, two fried eggs, some chips and peas for a good old "makeshift dinner"!!! LOVELY!!!

Its amazing what great meals you can rustle up when you are using left over stuff from the cupboard and fridge!!! Just be adventurous!!!

MEATLOAF:

add to your hamburger a little sausage a package of french onion soup mix along with some A-1 steak sauce. Bake.

TACO SALAD if you like salad:

nacho chips on the bottom, then salad, fry some hamburger meat, mix in a little taco seasoning and some salsa, add this on top of the salad and add some nacho cheese sauce to the top along with some shredded nacho cheese, add some taco seasoning to the top, for looks. Use the chips to scoop or a fork. I do it both ways.

Fried ham with mashed potatoes, green beans, fry you up a couple pieces of garlic bread.

The ham may not be as cheap but it's quick to cook and people like it.

Cook some pasta. Grill 2 turkey rashers then cut into strips. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Stir in some soft cheese with garlic and herbs, the turkey rashers, some black pepper and some milk. Stir over a med heat until milk has reduced. Enjoy!!!! You can also add some sauteed onions and some sliced mushrooms if you're super-hungry.

Lentils Rice and Sausage: Sautee 1 pound of sausage, cut into coins--once sausage is browned, drain on paper towels. Heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil and sautee 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped red bell pepper until tender--throw the sausage back into the mix, add 1 can (15 oz?) chicken broth (preferably low salt); 1/2 cup lentils, and 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Sometimes I add some spinach (fresh or frozen works) 15 minutes before it is done.

Cook some pasta, add 1 tin of mushroom or celery soup, 1 small tin of tuna or salmon and a tin of sweetcorn. (or if feeling energetic, cook some broccoli and add that) For a variation you could add a bit of grated cheese. Heat until hot, either in the microwave or on the stove. If you like salmon you could always go visit www.great-salmon-recipes.com, there's a few ideas on there.

I find woks brilliant for anything. Just take whatever you have in the fridge and wok it. It only takes a few minutes and then you can add a simple bought sauce. no fuss but really tasty.

GET A WOK. Oh and if you didn't know - the more burnt and crappy your wok is the better apparently.
