ummm, salad.... basically I think I know how to cook but everybody else doesn't so I'm the only one eating my dishes, he-he...
But almost everyone agrees that I make an outstanding salad.... (probably because its only about cutting vegges)
If u want the recipe it is:
ice berg lettuce
cucumber
tomato
spring onion
little bit of fresh onion
corn
and the seasoning is lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper,
the dressing is plain natural yogurt mixed with garlic pepper and abit of white pepper....
So refreshing on a warm day. low in calories, and the best part is that no animals were murdered :)

I had a lot of chicken left after my daughters graduation party, so I took the chicken off the bone (kinda a pain) and made chicken and noodles. I also added carrots, broccoli and chicken broth, and of corse salt and pepper to taste. My family ate the hole pot, no left overs today. My son said it was the best thing I ever made.

Jehosaphat Pancakes (I made up this recipe)..basically it's peanut butter pancakes, and they are HUGE! My family can only eat about 1 per person. You can't really taste the peanut butter, but it makes the pancakes WAY more filling...poor America...look how fat we are getting...lol

Time for them. Bring the gang into the kitchen and everyone cooks together. Even oatmeal and pbnJ's are ok then.
