Ok, chances are, unless you're Brad Pitt or Denzel Washington, she aint getting wet just by you talking to her. BUT, even if she is, even the most sexually open girl in the world is going to try to hide it (and with much success, it aint like trying to hide an erection). If I were you, I'd try more socially acceptable attraction clues like if she gets closer to you or allows you to get closer to her. Personal space is a big thing in our society, so allowing someone other than family "in" is a clue that she at least feels comfortable with you. But yeah, to sum it up: keep the confidence (chicks love it), but loose the sex fantasies. It just aint gonna happen.

this really depends on the woman herself, everyone is different so just take ur time and u'll know, for some woman once u start talking to them about certain sexual topics they start getting wet for others, i make be much harder probably it's not until u start touching her, and for others it's not until u get inside her, others never, well my bf knows when i'm when just by the sound in my voice and the things we start to talk about, ask her questions and don't be afraid this is how u will learn about ur woman's body!

Usually when it's me, I start talking a little lower and sexier, and saying "uh-huh" a lot, because I'm not really thinking about what the person is saying, I'm thinking "what does he look like naked" or "damn, I want to do it right now!", LOL...

You cant. I dont even waste time trying to "tell" physically but rather you can tell that a person is interested by their body language etc.
