Arizona, lots of great colors like purple, orange, pink etc. Also Jamaica, still trying to see that in person!!! The old city in Jerusalem is made of locally quarried stone. At sunset the light reflects back from the outer wall and buildings with a brilliant gold color. (assuming your on the proper side)

For my money, sitting on the patio at Bubba Gump Restaurant in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, w/a Mai Tai in hand and a couple under my belt, while the sun slips dramatically beneath the waves & the fish ride the crystal waves - the volcanic emissions make this a truly marvelous sight.
