We've known each other for years and I liked him before,but he didnt like me as so he would say. But now since I've moved on and have a bf he starting to act jealous callin me askin me what Im doing and when me and my bf gonna break up and that he wanna be my first. Also whenever we be out around the neignborhood he be actin funny like aint nothin between us other than a friendship.

I'd say it's a good thing you've known each other for years, you'll have a better idea what kind of person he is, whether he's the right one.
On the other hand, it's a little weird he is only interested in you now that you have someone else. Be careful, he might lose interest once he knows he can have you.
But it does sound like this guy is at least somewhat interested in you, and also honorable enough not to show his interest in front of other people, since he is not your bf and you are seeing someone else.
However, once you hook up with someone (i.e. go to bed), breakups aren't supposed to happen(*), so I would only have anything more than friendship with him if you are ready to be with someone for the rest of your life. And of course you have to make sure he wants the same thing.

He seems confused, don't ever put anyone else's feelings before yours. Are u with ur bf to make him jealous or do u really like this guy? What guarantee do u have that when u leave ur man he'll be there 4 u. I've been there and I've been waiting 4 him for the last three years. Don't be fooled by his macho act, it's all an act!

Guys are dumb like that. We can't let tons of people know who the real us is. Its a power complex. We hate it when people see our soft side. People that know me know I hate it when they tell me im being sweet or cute or some other crap. If I am great I don't want to know about it.
