I am going to be 39 and never had a boyfriend in my whole life, never been on an honest to goodness date (meaning that they asked me out and they paid for the date) Is there something wrong with me?

1. Confidence is THE most important factor in a attracting the oopposite sex. If you don't have it, fake it. No one wants a person who thinks they're a loser.

2. Charisma - People love it when other people make them feel good about themselves. Humans are ego whores.

3. Humor

4. Sexiness - And this doesn't mean you have to be a size 6 or look like Angelina Jolie. It just means you need to be comfortable in your own skin and love yourself

For the more shallow people

1. Good Looks

2. Good Body

3. Good teeth

4. Good hair

5. Put out.

Not sure that you're giving us all of the info. Are you very shy? Do you have a hard time talking to guys? To be 39 and never have been on a date seems hard to beleive. Maybe the question shoud be what do YOU think? Wait a second, your 360 page says you have two kids...how did that happen w/o a date?

You've never had anyone to ask you out??? I can't see that happening. Maybe when guys were trying to get your attention, you didn't pay them any so they didn't ask. I just can't believe you've never been on a date before.

Depends on what type person you are as well, Maybe you've come across as a bite your head off type of woman. Men don't like mean women. Ask someone out, they may go out with you, I would but I'm married....

a man wants a woman in the streets and a freak in the sheets honey, nowadays men want women who are sexy but with class and a woman who can handle her own and doesn't need a man in her life to survive.as far as getting asked out on a date by a man girl its 2006 women can ask men on dates too some men love that confidence in a women you gotta go for what you want and don't stop till you get it (or until he gives you a restraining order) lol just kidding but for real be confident (not cocky) and have faith hes out there you just gotta keep looking

wow! did you ever date in junior high or high school? do you work or there any guys there that seem interested?

I've never really met anyone that has never dated. I wish I could help, but I don't know how to help you. Are there any singles clubs or something where you live? There HAS TO BE A MAN JUST FOR YOU.......I hope someone shows up for you...

Nope, there is nothing wrong with you. Somehow guys might have been intimidated by you or as they say you never 'put your self out there' .
I dont see anything wrong in a girl asking a guy out either. And no, we do not think you are easy if you ask us out.

I suspect that body size may be a factor here.
To paraphrase "Field of Dreams": If you lose weight, they will come.
