Since we spend most of our waking lives at work and working closely with those of the opposite sex, it is easy to understand how people get attracted to each other. Sometimes, people find potential wives and husbands at work, but mostly you find that people have their tryst, burst the fantasy, and then have to fumble with the awkwardness afterward at a place that depend on for a pay check.

It is easier for everyone involved if you keep desires at work a fantasy, and look elsewhere for romance. Instead you can concentrate on developing close professional relationships that can serve you the rest of your career.

Well it must be obvious or she's just flirting. Here's a hint: do not get involved with someone you are working with. If you break up, it affects both of you at work not to mention the fact that you might get fired. There's an old saying "Do not shhit where you eat". Stay clear!

If she flirts with you and she tries to be around you to talk to you she probably likes you.
