When you are pregnant the pain in your lower back is caused from the added weight on your spine from your growing baby , uterus and amniotic fluid.
The stomach pain is caused from the stretching of ligaments as your belly expands.

The pain in your lower back is from a bulging disk. L4, I believe. I think you should go see a neurosurgeon and have a lamenectomy. Pain in your stomach is from an umbilical hernia. Your weight gain is caused by your in ability to give up fried foods.
What kind of question is this?? Any number of things can have any or all of these symptoms. Good God.

Could you be pregnant? Are you gaining weight because you are eating the wrong foods? You didn't say much in your question. But if you are gaining weight, not eating much, not pregnant then go to the doctor something could be seriously wrong.
