Casca was cursed to live until Jesus returns, not according to the Bible, but according to the action/adventure novels of Barry Sadler (who also peformed the Ballad of the Green Berets in the sixties).
There is no evidence for any special punishment/treatment of this person.
The Roman soldier is long dead, nearly 2000 years; whether he is in heaven or hell today depends on what happened after the events recorded in the Bible.
