Shouldn't good animals, like guide dogs, be able to go to heaven?

For animals, heaven is right here and now. they are not human beings and its a little insulting to treat them that way.

According to the catholic church, cats are possessed by the devil. In 1484 Pope Innocent VIII issued an edict saying that cats were possessed by demons and should be burned alive. Inquisitor Nicholas Remy a century later, stated that all cats were demons. During this period priests presided over festivals where cats were burned by the hundreds.

In Europe and Brtain over 200,000 witches were executed and possession of a cat was considered the primary evidence for witchcraft. In New England there were over 2000 cat related witch trials. And it is thought that in all millions of cats were destroyed.

Although today the church does not publicly call for cat burning any more, the church has still not renounced it either.

Considering the Purity of the animals(excluding the human one, of course) I should think they didn't need someone to come and tell them how to do it properly...they are perfect already!
How many 'animals' do we know that lie and cheat? How many are hypocrites? How many are wiping out the planet for material gains?
If there ever was a heaven, I'd expect to see more Cats and Dogs there than humans...

Don't think you are going to get a good answer. From what I have heard animals don't go to heaven. But weather that is true or no I don't know. I don't believe in that stuff.

the Jesus is son of the God as we are Jesse was on earth to save humanity
why should one of us was not able to be the Jesus.
i think every one who saves a precious life is a child of God as Jesus.
so the animal Jesus should be one of us.
JESUS HAS GIVEN US A CHANCE AND WE HAVE TO USE IT.
Animals also have souls as we have Bible is a proof of that it tell us about Jesus riding a horse and fighting with Devil.

Animals don't have souls (Ecclesiastes 3:21). They don't have the knowledge of right and wrong, and so could not commit sin. Therefore, they have no need for forgiveness, nor a Savior.

I think Bob Barker is the cat & dog Jesus. Actually, I think he's trying to save them from us more than themselves.

You mean a savior for animals? What would he save? They don't have souls to enjoy an after life.

Animals can't sin, so they don't need to be saved. Sure, they can do things that are "wrong" by our standards, but that's not sin. Sin is when we think we know better than god (believe we are the infinite).
