Can anyone write for me how do they call the sausages to be boiled and the ones to be grilled in German language ??? some more if it's possible even the recipe , please ???

The boiled ones are Weißwurst...and the other is Bratwurst....
the Weißwurst I heat in dobbleBock dark Beer..or Stout..
the Bratwurst ( Johnsonville-Stadium Brats) I grill...with Curry ketchup...
the Weißwurst I can find only at www germandeli.com or www.deutscherlanden.com
or the Military Bases

The word you are looking for is Bratwurst. They are available at Publix or Kroger. If you want to boil them to prepare for dinner, try boiling them in your favorite beer (make sure it is a wheat beer or an IPA). If you want to grill them, marinate them in beer and grill out until tender. Enjoy!
