what's the deal w/ these billboards? Orange background, a simple phrase. "I pooted" & "clowns hate tangelos"

The consensus is the "I Pooted" quote is from Cartoon Network's Foster's home of imaginary friends. Apparently all of these quotes are from Cartoon Network cartoons.

Thank you, I have been wondering this myself. I know that the Clowns Hate Tangelos phrase was on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy a while ago. Billy says it as he holds a bunch of tangelos. When I saw the billboard I thought it was great cause I love that show, but didn't get why it was there. If you find out let me know.
