If you need red pepper flakes, which are dried red peppers ground up along w/ their seeeds, try the spice aisle. Look for something titled "Red Pepper Flakes."

If you are looking for some to plant, try the garden center or nursery. Or plant seeds harvested from a red pepper you buy at a produce market.
