Why do I always feel like they are coming on to me when I speak with them? One even tried to come in my house...presumably for you know what. How should I handle this? Should I just let them have at me? What if they're both women? Is that better?

Im one of Jehovah Witnesses and to tell you the truth they arent coming on to you, and if they are, they are not real withnesses. They should never try to come into your house without your permission. If you dont feel comfortable tell them you do not want to let them in your house. And more so if you do not want them coming to your house ask them to stop and they will. True Witnesses do not come to your door for anything other than a good witness. I hope Ive helped.

Years ago, I had the same situation; they kept coming to my house and insisting on coming in.
I told them that I admired the fact that they wanted to share their religious beliefs with others, that they were not ashamed. I said I believed we are all brothers and sisters, children of a loving God, but that I am a Christian and active in my religion and it would be better for them to seek someone who was looking for spiritual guidance/answers in his/her life because they would be wasting their time with me.
Since I was sincere and polite, they never came back. Maybe that will work for you too.
On the other hand, if you do want to listen, and do not feel comfortable being alone with them, ask a friend/family member if they will not mind you setting a teaching appointment were you could both listen to them.

No one or even two people stand for a whole group. Stop stereo typing and generalizing your experience to a whole group of people. I don't agree with them but what you are saying is unfair. You don't sound like a very ethical person in the first place to even say " Should I let them have at me?" Yuck! They probably just want to bring you into their religion and would like to sit and talk with you. Peace.

Jehovah's witnesses are very friendly and out going, they have to be in order to get their message out. They feel they only have a short amount of your time so they are very aggressive and really try to be super friendly. Most likely you are mistaking this friendliness for a come-on.
If you truly feel they are coming on to you, trust your feelings and do not let them in your home.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not go from door-to-door hoping for romantic or sexual liaisons.
Instead, they are trying to obey Jesus' clear direction for all Christians:

One day about two months ago i was just getting out of the showing when the door bell rang i knew it was them i saw them earlier so me being the way i am i went to the door pertending i thought it was my baby, i open its with hey sexy come here i was dripping wet with only the towel covering half of my self needness to he was red faced and uncomfortable lol

You are definitely wrong!
Their purpose in being there is to teach you about God's purposes for you. They teach from the bible, and if it offends you for someone to show you friendship and neighborly love, then you should ask them to leave.........It gains them nothing to be forward or offensive.
They spend money on gas for cars to reach you, and other than your friendship they gain nothing by coming to you.
Also be reminded they are commanded by God to do what they do.
