Manifestation of what? I've seen God's power manifest and have also seen Satan's power manifest by way of the reactions of people who are being affected by the power.

Manifestation is bringing into our 'reality' what we desire. We are always manifesting, we are always creating. Although, alot of us 'create' (manifest) unconsciously.

Last night a group of us were praying and a prayer was asked for God to directly pour His Spirit into this person for a fresh infilling, and for them to be affected by it.
They immediately started to choke and cough and got up and left.
As soon as they left we could sense God's Spirit flood the place.
It was Sweet and Intoxicating.
