People simply like to use religion to justify and endorse their own prejudices and political and social agendas. There are actually parts of the Bible that recommend putting homosexuals to death.
However, if I remember correctly, there is also a verse in the Bible that forbids wearing gold jewelry, and I've seen plenty of so-called Christians wearing gold! Unfortunately, many of these same people forget the part of the Bible in which Jesus says, "He who has not sinned shall cast the first stone." A lot of so-called Christians like to pick the parts of the Bible that appeal to them and forget the ones that don't. Besides homophobia, the Bible has, unfortunately, also been used to justify other social ills, such as slavery, the oppression of women, and anti-Semitism.

It is right to point out sin (judge), but we are to try and help the sinner (with love and compassion).
The Bible says that it is a sin for man to lie with a man (sodomites) or a women with a women for that mater.
A homosexual person can be saved (and go to heaven) just as any other person who sins can be saved (even while they are still sinning). If they keep repenting (asking forgiveness) and asking God to change them so that they do not sin no more.
People tend to speak out against homosexuals so much because homosexuals are trying to justify there sin and promoting it to even little children.

Christians should not bash those doing wrong, because all have sinned and come short of the mercy of God. However, it is our duty to preach the truth from the Bible to those who don't know and homosexuality is wrong as stated in the Bible, we should be caring enough to share with someone who is doing wrong what is right so that they can find truth and be right with God so that they can make it in Heaven with us too. There are good people who are gays but its out duty as Bible Christians to show them the truth and light.

There is no need to judge Homosexuals as God will do that himself. If you trully are a christian then you will find something wrong with these "HOMOSEXUALS". God wasn't stupid when he created Man and Woman.
Finding something wrong with someone doesn't mean that we have judged them - imagine how many people would judge their friends if we find things wrong every day.

Those Christians who judge homosexuality is not real Christians. Real Christians know that they are the salt and light to the world. Jesus came to this world not to judge but to love and show the ways to come to God, rite?

boredom, lack of something constructive to do with their time, bad manners, and lack of real understanding of their own supposed religious beliefs. All that and the fact that they are human, probably scared of themselves and have been programmed to put down anything that doesn't fit the narrow scope that they have been viewing the world through.
