Go do something fun hang out with friends. Nobody is worth dieing over or even feeling like dieing. Your better than that, right?
If your young, or even if your not. Enjoy life and enjoy being single! Why rush it? Enjoy being single sound painful? Really it's not once you get over the pity party of being alone.
Get out of your room, your depressing yourself even more so. Emotional self abuse is not good. Is she really worth it? I don't think anyone is, no matter how perfect we think they are.

Listen. I'm a pro at helping people set up, and break up. Here's your answer...
You just have to realize one thing. She broke up with you. She DOES NOT want to go out with you again, so don't try. It's not worth it. Just keep this in your head: There's always someone better. And don't sweat the small stuff. She's only a girl. You'll have plenty more. I promise...

Do yourself a favour and cry your eyes out... I know your a guy but if you're by yourself...give it a good cry. then collect yourself get in the shower and if you still can't eat no problem but go out and do something. How I usually deal with it is cry for 3 days and then I proceed to get really drunk. It's not the most healthy way to get around it but before you know it a week has gone by and so you realize that life will eventually go on.

You have to set your mind to the fact that it is over. Get out and do stuff. Hang with friends and do something fun. The busier you stay, the less you will think about things. Eventually it will fade and you will wonder why you were so upset over it to begin with. Trust me, I have been there.

time will help. you have your right to your emotions a break up is not easy. But you can't let yourself fall, go out with your friends or your family. But it is okay to still feel the hurt.

have time to cry.. that's okay... express what you feel but not on other people (you might hurt them)... and try to focus on other things that will keep you occupied to take your mind off the break up... don't let yourself suffer too much... try to eat and rest to help you relax a little..

been there,dane that....
Don’t worry let time heal you
you sad that “ you stay in you’re room” it means that you feel safe
FYI life is full on in insecurities and sadness but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad think.
If we don’t feel the need to cry or be sad life will be boring
