I say tell her the way you feel face to face. Don't be rude or too harsh and don't say lets just be friends let her make that decision. She will probably be upset but if things aren't going well she would know that the end is near!

Just tell her you don't see working between the two of you its not her its you. just simply say in a nice manner I don't think I ready for a relationship I've got a whole life ahead of me and I want to full fill my list of thinks to do before I die with out the hastle of a girl friend
