Other than being himself and to be happy with who he is. I think he's got little self confidence and feels like he doesn't pull, but he's a great looking guy and really lovely with it.

What can i say to help him?

Why not try to find a girl for him to go out with and try to get her to help to boost his confidence, I honestly think that practical experience will help more than words in this case.

Take him to a pole dances place and buy him a private dance. Having his face buried in the cleavage of a sexy bird should do wonders for his confidence.

I have the same problem (only thing is I admit it!!!!)

Best thing to do is get him to be himself. It doesn't matter if he likes rock or pop, blue or hot pink, he's just got to be himself. If he doesn't find anyone, it doesn't matter, as long as he's happy being himself.

tell him that women don't just go for players, tell him to get to know someone, and don't just go out to pull!

good luck to him :) if he's nice guy, he'll get a nice girl

there is not much more that you can tell him- basically if you are a happy and secure person, the girlies will sense it and flock to you!

He needs to calm down... And not act desperate...

Things will happen in their own good time...
