No harm by masturbation. There is no alternative to masturbation for singles. There is no danger to masturbation. The best way of masturbation is using hand. Avoid using toys.

This is not a medical myth. It is a religious myth! No masturbation is not detrimental to your health or mental condition. Masturbation is good for the male reproductive system, releases stress and anxiety, enables a young person to have some control of their sexuality, and it feels good. By the way masturbation is not mentioned in the old or new testament.

No there is nothing wrong with doing that to yourself, Its all a Myth when someone says you'll go blind or grow hairs in places THAT hair does not grow in, lol.Its perfectly normal to do this, at least you can say YOU have a CLEAN sexual partner, and you like the way its done.

myth.! Masterbation is actually quite healthy. Just think.. for a guy would you rather keep all those fluids in you instead of out? and for a woman that frustration cannot be good kept inside.
