I don't think christianity is more special the other religions. All religions teach the same thing but just in a different way. All religions are equal in the eyes of god

Christianity isn't "more special" than other religions its just the one you hear about more because its the predominate religion right now , it hasn't always been that way and I'm sure it will not always be that way. As we as a species grow and realize that were not different at all more and more people will gravitate toward something Else, just as they did when Christianity came around. The human race as a whole needs something to believe in and right now the majority of them believe in God,Jesus and the holy bible. I'm not saying their wrong i wouldn't ever dismiss anyone beliefs but their not my own.i personally believe in God but i don't think i have to go worship where a man sometimes who doesn't know as much about the bible as i do tells me what to believe i know what i believe and i know that I'm a good person and i think that's all that really matters.

christianity was used as world conquest because the people in it were too deluded to understand whats going on.

christianity gets special treatment from the government because the government realizes its potential for world conquest.

quoted from jtuckerndfw:

"Without comment on the accuracy of your statement or question, Christianity starts off with the basic assumption that all humans are evil and wicked.

On that basis, Christians are taught that even though they are evil, they are saved by grace and will go to heaven. Not because of their own behavior, but because Jesus paid their admission.

There is no incentive for Christians to obey any known laws or code of ethics. They admit they are evil, but they allow themselves to pretend they are not by hiding behind Jesus.

That is one reason so many people claim to be Christian, it justifies their immorality and requires no penalty for wrongdoing."

christianity is not more special than other religions. its the christians that have a big head that make it seem that way. trust me. its a trap.

You'd be in a good position to tell us more, because you are the first to ascert this fallacy. What makes a religion thick? Will be a total deviation from the teaching of the founder? Xtns are far from the teaching of Jesus.
Did Jesus worship on sundays? No. So why are you thick? Did he marry? Very contentious.
Everything about your claimed faith is controvercial and far from the teaching of the bible. Go back and cross check your fact before making ascertion.
I'd give you references from your book if you'd not mind and for your enlightenment.

I don't believe it is. We feel a need to find something, whatever it may be, that rings true with our soul. For many people it's Christianity, such as for my wife. For me, Taoism makes much more sense.

As humans we have a desire or deep seated belief that there's something more out there to give us direction and many people believe it's a religion -- Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Confucious, Dali Llama, Hinduism, etc. It just happens that the majority of Americans belive it to be Christianity.

It isn't.
It differs in that it is, I believe, the only religion where it teaches that Jesus died to save our souls.
But it is NOT special - God is all around us and Spirit runs through us in each denomination and belief system that connects with the Divine. When people understand God's grace, love and understanding then we can have peace on earth and tollerance towards our fellow mans individuality!!

Every other religion I know of is all about men reaching out for God.
Only in Christianity do I see God reaching down to men.

In all other religions people seek God's approval by being good and sacrificing. In Christianity God paid the price for salvation.
