I have healthy hair, I dont blow dry it or use curling irons, been letting it grow out for the past 2 years and its barely past my ears and its almost the same length as when I started?? But its very full and thick

Even though you're trying to grow it out, you should still get it trimmed ( about 1/4'') every three months. The dead stuff ont he ends will prevent it from growing

hey first tell u r man r female i am but i wanna say my opinion i ma male but i am very sad bcoz ia m noy having that long hair if u r male just u go to beautyparloourand have a nice ladys hair cut r bobdy hair cut i till look u very nice just for ine time u wear a lady dress r anything and take a photograph it will be the weet moment in ur life after that u come on to original style ok bye

if it is not growing since 2 years then i think u should go to a doctor.as there is hair growth for every one every day.
