It's not against the law no, it's just against morals and your own conscience when you cheat. However, it is against the law to cheat when a man and a woman are married. If they're not bound by marriage, it's not illegal to cheat. But something to remember always: cheating is unjustifiable under any circumstances and the person being cheated on deserves so much better than that.
