99% sure it's the switch. Chrysler (makes Jeep since 87) vehicles are prone to those symptons when a switch fails. Very easy to replace and should find an aftermarket that will work. If not go to a junkyard for a used one as the new one from Jeep is rather expensive.

ninety 9% particular it truly is the change. Chrysler (makes Jeep considering the fact that 87) automobiles are companies to those symptons while a change fails. truly effortless to interchange and could locate an o.e.m which will artwork. If no longer flow to a junkyard for a used one with the aid of fact the recent one from Jeep is very high priced.

I have to agree with the idea of checking the ground, also amybe the switch but i would also check and make sure the correct bulbs are in the sockets. I have seen this prob. before and it came down to mistakenly putting the wrong bulbs in.

Ok, here we go: First, it still sounds to me like you have a grounding prob. I would take another look at a wiring diagram and make sure that I had located all grounds. If absolutely all grounds pass inspection, the next likely culprit is the light switch itself.

The right side marker light is shorted. Find the short and you will be all good. Hope I have been helpful.
