trim it a couple of inches every 3months,i had a skin head 2 years ago and its down my back now, also dont over wash it with chemicals and soaps like shampoo-it strips out essential oils your hair itself produces naturally-the conditioners are a chemical attempt to replace them-trust nature it'll grow strong and fast if its not polluted and can breathe.x p.s. a scalp massage now and again helps blood circulation thus follical strengh-for stronger hair.

hair only grows a 1/2inch a month ...and that very from person to person .........that would be 6 inch a year ........veryone wants their hair to grow faster and its not going to unless theres a horamone issue going on like being pregnant....than are horamones are different and the hair does grow faster .....best thing to do is not use chemicals which cause damage that would require you to have to keep cutting it....always get your hair trimmed every 8 weeks just the tips to maintain your split ends which break of hair and that keep breaking and make your hair shorter in areas..treat your hair good

Patience is the only true way to allow your hair to grow. Cutting it and massaging it has always be recommended, but they are only ""wives's tales."

Have it trimmed on a regular basis. You only need to have 1cm cut off at a time.
