If you feel threaten then you should let your supervisor know I dont think that I would want any1 stalking me just make sure that you dont leave any of your personal info around where he can get it.You cant take the chance of him doing something to you if nothing else works see if you can change your hours where you wont have to see him as much.If he has made advances toward you then take him for sexual harassment. If managment doesnt do anything then take it to the police.

I hope that this helps !!!!

Most definatly go to your humans resources department. this is called sexual harrasment. he can lose his job over this. i wouldnt quit a good job, but he needs to learn that no means no.

if you dont have a human resources dept. go to your boss. they dont like to hear about stuff like this but they dont want a lawsuit either over not taking action about sexual harrasment. they should do something.

if not, then i would suggest filing an emergency protection order on him (an EPO) and see what the law has to say about it.

Why should you leave your job because of this sleeze? Tell someone in your workplace about him. If he doesn't get the message, give him an elbow to the ribs.

Tell a supervisor immediately. Companies do not want to risk sexual harassment law suits, they just might ask him to leave.

Sue him for harassment. That will get him off of your tail, or get your Boss' attention and He/She will probably help you out with the problem.

don't leave becuz of his stupidity. Go to your manager or boss and kindly report what is going on and if that don't work.....slap him with a harrassment suit. he will leave.

Talk to your boss about. If that doesn't help talk to the guy's boss. You shouldn't have to quit your job. Harrassment isn't kewl and if it's sexual harrassment, it's illegal.
