Multiple infections of psuedomonas and staph for last five months on leg ulcer. Any suggestions?

Have been on Ciproxin every second week but now have swelling in the achilles tendon so Ciproxin suspended.
Keflex 500 mg six hourly for staph.

...my husband doctor says, "do a culture and sensitivity test. If it is sensitive, we will know. Follow the results with the right antibiotic. Check your fasting blood, GTT, and hormone profile. Write back with the results." Good luck.
