Well ......... Black and White are two ends of the spectrum of color which has many shades. There are more than 11 alleles?(gene pairs)that contribute the color.depending on the combinations you receive your alleles from both of your parents you get a shade. The genes decide the melanocyte distribution and also the melanin content of the cells in the skin. All cosmetics aim at artificially altering this distribution and content which can yield results to an extent but for sure Michael Jackson became white only after having his outer layers of skin (that contains all these cells) peeled. But for such options a black cant become white.

What in the world does temperature have to do with it? Just because it's hot out doesn't make me black.
Look at Micheal Jackson, a black man could get bleaching or something done to be white, I think.

My boss is the sweetest black woman that anyone could meet and she is as white as I am. I am a strawberry blonde who is very fair, so yes, black people can be white skinned. We work in a large trauma hospital by Minneapolis and it is great when people pull the prejudice line on her. We are all human by nature. There is no reason for prejudice people. Judge people by their actions and character, not the color of their skin!!! =)

Micheal Jackson became white, so a black man can change his skin color. I am sure that a white man could do it also. It looks freaky though. It is better to stay the color you were made to be. God created skin colors when he was creating people.

It depends upon the jeans of a person. If the level of black Mennen is high, then u have a dark completion n if it is less then u have a fair one. It is produced by r body every day n if some how u can stop its production then u can have a fair completion.

It is because of a pigment(color) present in your skin. If the quantity of the pigment called as melanin is high in your skin your skin is dark compared to skins with less melanin. The amount of melanin is determined by genes you have and is partially heriditary. You can change your skin color but it is a costly process and is not done in india and also can lead to cancer.
thanks
