Now this is right up my alley!! Clumsyman!!!
He would always be able to trip and fall at exactly the RIGHT moment to capture the bad guys without firing a single bullet.
He wouldn't wear a cape because he'd only trip on the dang thing, and that might be at the exact WRONG moment.
He would never carry a gun, because he might shoot himself in the foot, or worse. He would definitely NOT be faster than a speeding bullet!!
He would be able to use the cast on his arm (which he got after trying to leap a tall building at a single bound) to knock the gun out of the bank robber's hand and save the day!!!
He would be a master at saying "Oh, did I do that?" after some particularly spectacular fall or after he has dropped the famed Kohlrabi diamond which shattered into a million pieces, thereby proving it was not a diamond after all.
Best of all, he wouldn't need to be a master of disguise because in his everyday life he appears to be such a nebbish that no one would EVER suspect him of being a superhero.
